pdf file in Adobe Standard or Adobe Professional with a very simple method.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No pictures needed to illustrate this...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Open Adobe Standard or Professional&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click on file&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click on create pdf&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click on from multiple files &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will get a window that will allow you to add files. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Navigate to the location where you have saved your files &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Select all of the files you want to include (you can select non-contiguous files by holding down the Ctrl key as you click on each one) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use the Up and Down arrows to put the files in the order you want them to appear in your new document&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Click on Next&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;If the files are in the order you want them, click on Create (if not click on back and rearrange them)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;You The document has three introductory pages before the actual text starts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Cover Page&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;List of Attendees&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Table of Contents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Actual document starts on the 4th physical page.This exercise is to just start numbering on the 4th page, but make the number a ONE (1) not a 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;This is a simple process, but requires a little knowledge of where things are in Word 2007. You are going to click on that until it changes to a decimal tab. You can have one signature for new messages and another for replies and forwards. Notice my signature for new messages is "With sig" and my reply or forwarded messages signature is "Sandi." They are two different signatures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Now, each time you start a new e-mail message the signature you chose will be there. If you don’t want the whole signature, you can delete it from the message. Here is a picture of a formula entered into a cell and showing in both the cell and the formula bar. Microsoft has provided one feature to assist you and it's easy to use. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Open Word &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Click on File &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Click on Open &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Find the document to open and click on it ONCE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Now click on the pull down menu next to Open at the bottom of the window and select the option to Open and Repair.
